A.T. Urban Development Inc. is a female-owned construction business that has been operating since 2014.
Our owner and president, Rachel Smith, holds both MoDOT DBE and Missouri WBE certifications and has
over 20 years of industry experience

As a heavy construction contractor, our focus is on ADA-compliant sidewalks, decorative stamped sidewalks, and concrete road construction, such as curbs and gutters, driveways, pavement, and intersections. We also specialize in on-site box culverts and miscellaneous storm sewer improvements. Our experienced team has likewise handled several building construction projects involving walls and concrete foundations.
